Other interior features include open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, three fireplaces, wood floors in common areas, bathrooms w/ Limestone and Travertine floors and Marble countertops, surround sound system with two zone controlling and central air conditioning. Outdoors you'll find a top of the line built-in kitchen with Santa Maria style rotisserie grill with gas starter, (with oak wood), gas grill, small refrigerator, bar with chairs, work areas, sink and warming drawer.
